What happens to the intake air or flue gas inside the system?

The system purifies, filters, and optimizes the air or flue gas in multiple stages: it removes dust and contaminants, regulates humidity if required, and recovers the heat energy contained within — which is then reused by the system.

In which industries can the system be applied?

The system can be applied across a wide range of industries — including welding, chemical, plastics, food, steel, paper, and textile — as well as in any production environment where dust, fumes or heat are generated.

Can the system also control humidity?

Yes. Some of our models are equipped with built-in humidity control enabling, enabling them to maintain the constant humidity level required for the given technological process.

What happens if the air is heavily polluted or if it is about high-temperature flue gas?

Our system is designed to operate across a wide temperature range (up to 600 °C) and is capable of handling contaminated, even corrosive flue gases – filtering them and recovering the heat they contain.

What is the air handling capacity of the equipment?

The equipment can be scaled between 1,000–15,000 m³/h and can also be operated in cascade if required, making even larger halls and industrial systems easy to handle.

What does “cascading” mean?

Multiple units can be connected in parallel, allowing their performance to be combined – for example, three units with a capacity of 15,000 m³/h each will together provide 45,000 m³/h.

How much savings can the use of the system achive?

Based on user experience 50–70% energy savings can be achieved compared to traditional systems, thanks to heat recovery and the efficiency of the system.

How environmentally friendly is the equipment?

With the use of the system, dust emission can be reduced by up to 100%, and greenhouse gas emission can be significantly reduced by as much as 70%.

The system is designed for easy and accessible maintenance.
Cleaning units, filters, and control systems are all easily accessible, and our service team is available with nationwide coverage.

Can it be integrated into existing systems?

Yes, our equipment has a modular design, making it easy to integrate into existing air-handling systems. It is also suitable for retrofitting, meaning it can be added to already operating systems without major modifications, thereby increasing their efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
