KIS Ltd. \u2013 Saj\u00f3b\u00e1bony<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

In 2022, in the new 1,000 m\u00b2 welding hall of Kis Ltd, we installed a total of 7 air purification units designed to efficiently remove dust and harmful gases generated during welding.<\/p>\n

Six extraction units, each with a capacity of 1,100 m\u00b3\/h and equipped with gas scrubbers, were installed for the six welding stations, along with one 3,000 m\u00b3\/h system dedicated to the welding robot.<\/p>\n

The air purified through the scrubbers was then directed into a newly installed air handling unit, which provided the hall with proper cooling, heating, and dehumidification functions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>

MANITOX Ltd. \u2013 Tisza\u00fajv\u00e1ros<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

In 2023, in the existing production hall of Manitox Ltd we installed three gas scrubbers units, each with a capacity of 4,000 m\u00b3\/h, operating with a heat pump system for cooling and heating.<\/p>\n

The air extracted from the three production lines \u2014 contaminated with paraffin hydrocarbons and dust at 45\u201350 \u00b0C \u2014 was purified and then recirculated to the processing area at the far end of the hall.<\/p>\n

The quality of the recirculated air was tested by an independent laboratory. Results showed that the remaining concentration of air pollutants was at one-thousandth to one-ten-thousandth of the health limit value, ensuring that the system is fully compliant with occupational safety and environmental regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>

Tanoda Ltd. \u2013 Miskolc<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

In 2024, we equipped an industrial kitchen with a capacity of 3,000 2,000 portions with three cooling-heating and humidity-control devices, each with a performance of 7,000 m\u00b3\/h.<\/p>\n
